From Vision to Results

The D2CIN project results are designed to be fully complementary, each building on the others to create a cohesive framework for inclusive AI education. Together, they integrate practical tools, ethical guidelines, and real-world training experiences—ensuring lasting impact and meaningful change across the digital learning ecosystem.

Activity 1: Personalized Feedback Navigator

Activity 1 will deliver a set of practical, high-quality, and fully accessible outputs that lay the foundation for inclusive AI education. These include a Methodology for Conducting Focus Group Interviews, providing clear procedures for structured stakeholder engagement; an Analysis Report summarizing insights and actionable recommendations; and a Framework Document defining the structure, design, and functionality of the Navigator. The key outcome — the Personalized Feedback Navigator — is a web-based assessment tool that helps educators and freelancers evaluate and enhance their skills in bias detection, accessibility integration, and adaptive content delivery, ensuring measurable progress toward ethical and inclusive AI training.

Activity 2: Accessible AI for Education: A Comprehensive Guide to Inclusive Design and Training

Activity 2 will produce several practical and high-quality deliverables that translate research into actionable learning tools. The outcomes include a Framework for the Handbook, defining five key areas—Bias Recognition and Mitigation, Inclusive UX Design, Accessibility Standards in AI, AI Ethics and Compliance, and Digital Storytelling for Inclusive Education. Building on this, the “Accessible AI for Education” Handbook will be released as a digital e-book offering step-by-step guidance and best practices for implementing ethical, inclusive AI in training environments. Finally, a Refinement and Translation Report will document the review process and ensure the handbook is accessible in German and Bulgarian, ready to be piloted and applied in real educational contexts.

Activity 3: Inclusive AI Impact Pilot & Collaborative Outreach Summit

Activity 3 will generate a series of impact-driven deliverables focused on testing, validating, and promoting D2CIN’s results. A Workshop Strategy and Pilot Assessment Framework, developed by Budakov Films, will outline clear methodologies for hands-on tasks, feedback collection, and evaluation of the project’s tools. Both partners will then deliver an Interactive AI Workshop Series, producing detailed reports, participant feedback summaries, and pilot testing documentation compiled in a digital report format. Finally, the Launch Conference Deliverables will include conference proceedings and dissemination reports summarizing key insights, stakeholder feedback, and networking outcomes—promoting widespread adoption of D2CIN’s results and fostering a lasting community of practice in inclusive AI education.

Dissemination Plan

The Dissemination Plan of the D2CIN project ensures that all results, tools, and learning outcomes are effectively shared with educators, AI practitioners, and stakeholders across Europe. Its purpose is to promote awareness, visibility, and long-term use of the project’s outputs — including the Personalized Feedback Navigator and the Accessible AI for Education Handbook. Through digital channels, partner networks, conferences, and workshops, D2CIN will foster an active community committed to inclusive and ethical AI in education and training.

Quality Assurance Plan

The Quality Assurance Plan guarantees that all project activities, deliverables, and outcomes meet the highest standards of relevance, consistency, and impact. It establishes a continuous evaluation framework using both qualitative and quantitative indicators to monitor progress, assess participant satisfaction, and ensure that objectives are met efficiently. By maintaining rigorous internal review procedures and transparent communication among partners, D2CIN ensures the reliability and excellence of every project result.
